If you have a valid TAX number and want to buy TAX free within Europe (NL Excluded) contact us at with your TAX number so we can double check and set it up for you!


We offer FREE SHIPPING within the mainland of the EU on all orders over € 99.99 outside EU the below rates apply.

We currently offer shipping services from FedEx, UPS, PostNL, DPD and DHL . When you place an order in our website you will see the shipping rate, that's applicable for your country of shipping, in your shopping cart.

Our Shipping rates are as follows:

Belgium           Є 8,95

Germany          Є 9.25

Shipping Time

Orders we received Monday through Friday till 16:00h CET will be shipped the same day. The delivery takes between 1 to 4 business days to arrive.  Please note; we are dependent on the services of the carrier and cannot be held responsible for any delays beyond our fault.

Track & Trace

After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation from Quantum Tattoo Ink via email. When your order is accepted by the carrier you will also receive a confirmation from them with the tracking info via email.

1. Returns Eligibility: 

1.1 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

1.2 Only items purchased directly from Quantum Tattoo Ink EU b.v. are eligible for return. If you purchased our products through a third-party retailer, please contact them directly for their return policy.


2. Time Frame: 

2.1 You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.


3. Return Process:

3.1 To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at within the specified return period.

3.2 Provide the following information when contacting us:

   - Order number

   - Date of purchase

   - Reason for the return

   - Condition of the item

 3.3 Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

3.4 Pack the item securely in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation that were shipped with the product.

3.5 Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

3.6 Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.


4. Refund Process:

4.1 Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4.2 If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 14 days.


5. Exchanges:

5.1 We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.


6. Damaged or Defective Items:

6.1 If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.
